BLUE LAKE IS BACK!!!!
WOW!!! The fishing was awesome. The rainbow holdovers were averaging 14", using wedding rings tipped with a worm. Our fishing buddy was using a crankbait trying to catch some smallmouth bass but instead caught a 20", 3 lb. German Brown and also a 16" 2 lb. what we think was a golden trout. We all had limits of trout each day we were there. Most of our fish were caught on the south end of the lake near Blue Lake Resort. Can't wait to get back for more.
