Got to Mossyrock Dam at about 8 am. Started fishing and about two hours later limited out on mostly 9-10 inches. Caught three about 12 inches. We were using worms and shrimp with a little WD 40. With or with out, both works. We were about 10 feet down. They were biting hard. The only time we seem to catch fish is when it is windy.
