Tough day on the water by the dam today. Didn't see a single fish caught, but nice group of guys out fishing by me. Where are those slivers?? Last year at this time I was slaying 'em, maybe (hopefully) just a late season this year. Anyway the weather wasn't bad, a little cool but not uncomfortable. Thought I'd upload this picture I took with my new Canon T4i and 18-200 mm zoom lens. ;-)

Hope to go back in a couple of weeks if I hear that the fishing improves.

yea my daughter and I stopped by after getting skunked on the Columbia today for springers and didn't even bother taking a cast as the water is down about 40 feet from last year and there were 2 guys down by the lake with nada on the bank. It is still early and the water needs to come up and warm up for it to turn on.
