I couldn't resist the pull of getting out there one more time before the rains started for a couple of hours. I was dragging for cutts when I must have brushed my herring past this one in about 50' of water. She went about 19", in the 3 to 4 lb range. Great fighter. I got a couple of cutts, 3 pound and a nice little guy about 15". All good fun. I'm looking forward to some warmer water when the bass action starts to heat up, I'll be putting down the trolling gear for that. Tight Lines!

These fish don't notice the rain. Tight into the shore if you can't find bait and fish deeper. It's been 25 to 60 feet for a while, near steep drop offs. Tight Lines.

Nice :) What lure worked the best on that day?
