This report covers Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this past week. A 3 day skunk. We worked Seward Park, Andrews Bay, NW Mercer, I-90, East channel points (north end) and Medina. There were plenty of fish marked and still plenty of bait, but not a single take-down all week. We rotated through herring, spoons, plugs and all the usual suspects with no joy. Sometimes this fishery is great, and other times we might as well be fishing in a bathtub. If you get out there this weekend, I hope you have better luck. I'm heading for another lake, any other lake right now. Tight Lines.

Well, the weather patterns have not helped the bite any of over the past couple of weeks. Add to that the spawn and it makes for tough fishing.
