We arrived and started fishing just before 8 am. Within 10 minutes the motherinlaw had her first fish on the ice. And for a rest of the day it was slow with a few times were we would catch 2-3. We released about as many as we kept, 15. The ice is 10 inches and snow covered. We used small jigs tipped with Gulp 1" black, pink and orange. It did not seem to matter which color they did not seem to have a preference. We fished out of Jerry's Landing and we went about 300yds. north.
I fished Saturday and kept 25. About 4-5 were a little smaller than I normally keep but I was not sure that I would get enough for a meal. Everything is the same except that I fished by myself.
