We have just come back from a weekend camping at the Ike Kinswa national park.
We have been there several times and take our boat so that we can enjoy your
beautiful Lake Mayfield. The only downside to the lake is the very poor launch area
which I believe is on harmony road. It is very hard to get in and out of and there
are a lot of large rocks to maneuver around. Needless to say we are always damaging
our boat in some way and feel that the launch area should be cleared of such rocks
or made bigger in some way. We don't think this is an unreasonable request seeing as
now we have to pay to launch our boats on the lake - is that what the fee is for - to
improve facilities????
