Finally had a break from homework and had a chance to go fishing. Had a friend along that loves to eat perch so decided we would dedicate most the evening to those. Started out trolling from the launch for kokes until we reached our perch spot. Did not get a hit trolling but really did not try that hard. Fished for about an hour for perch and got three to the boat all about 6-8 inches. Had a couple more on that got off and one that I think was probably a smallie. Did not get to see it but it sure put a bend in the rod. Got into peamouth chub pretty heavy and decided to call it a night right before dark. Fished micro jigs and worms.
