Well, we wanted to catch a Dolly for the 1st annual Chehalis River Basin fisheries task force meeting and potluck at the Satsop springs hatchery, after a slow morning we connected with two dollies including this lovely 3 lb. or so fish, did it in a foil package on the grill. W#e also smoked some trout we had caught in Lake nawatzul in the spring, large 3 to 6 lb. fish went into the smoker for this event.Saw next years fish, doing well at the hatchery.Bob R
