Fish fish was a small Largie on a crankbait followup cast after it missed the buzzbait, got a tooth on it :-), but not hooked up. Second fish was a large Smallie on it's second slash at a Jitterbug - 2.71 lbs - fought great. Got a couple more after that.

Some mist that were almost sprinkles.

where about were you fishing? I have only fished there once and didnt have a whole lot of luck, considering I was out there for 8 hours. Just looking for any tips on any spots that tend to produce more fish.

Anywhere on the lake can and does produce, just depends on how the fish feel at any given time. If I don't catch fish at one end, I go to the other end, or the middle, or start at the middle and then go to one end or the other. You just have to try any spot that looks bassy, use any info that tells you what bass like for cover at which ever time of year, and time of day, that you are fishing. Then use the best lure for that cover/spot. Then try using a different lure, and always try to think of a way to use any lure different than the way the factory says to use it.

Today I fished the same spots that I fished 2 days ago - no fish. I also fished a spot I usually fish, but haven't gotten any fish there for awhile, got 3 fish in 3 spots to start the day. Then off to Wed's spots - no fish. So the morel is, try everything, everywhere, nothing is guaranteed with Bass.

I'll send you a PM, I don't tell any certain spot in an open forum, too many people fish Sawyer now to have everyone fish one or two spots all day long, every day.
