6/18/2012 5:43:00 PMI was watching the boat from shore for so long and we even called 911 but figured the guy must be ok be cause we never saw the police boat or the fire boat respond. Glad he is ok

6/18/2012 6:14:00 PMThere is a spell check that make's for easier reading. Why not go over and offer assistance? It is the law for all boat's to assist those needing help. Not saying you didn't help, but nothing in your report suggest that you did. Only that you watched the incident occur and then watched the boat circle for an hour. An hour is too way too long to assume someone in the water is fine or will get help from another boater. Until you tell me you were on your way to help but someone beat you to it, this is chapping my hide!
