I can’t remember what lures I used on Thursday May 31. I started fishing about 8:15am and finished at 9:34am when I got a call from my work asking me why I wasn’t there? UHhh I thought it was my day off. So I had to cut fishing short to go to work. I work one Thursday a month. I had caught and then released 2 trout and a kokanee. It was raining the whole time and my boat had quite a bit of water in it.

Saturday, June 2, I got up and went to finish what I started on Thursday. Caught kokanee and trout on Dick Nite Pink Splatter dodger and my Pink Splatter Squiddy Thing. On my second rod was a Standard Sling Blade in nickel and green from Shasta Tackle and my Green Ice with a swing blade. 15-25 feet in up to 80 feet of water. Got my limit but the kokanee were small. I talked with the fish biologist today and he felt these small kokanee were this year’s fish and not next years. Therefore, they will be small.
Saturdays weather was partly cloudy and in the morning there were showers and some wind. I had quite a bit of water in the bottom of the boat from the showers. I fished am hours both days.

We also went out to clear lake on sunday. We did get nice 1.4lb and a bunch of small kokes. We have been fishing this lake about 4 times a week and sunday the fishfinder showed more fish then all year. Not sure if they planted more trout but it is odd now.
