Hit Geneva again today...not much was working again except Senko's. I had 4 bites all day. I missed 2 and caught 2. One was only about a pound or so. The other is the one you see here. Measured about 20" and weighed 3.80 pounds. No, these are not the same pictures from my last report...look closely. Tried to release it but the hook was deep and I had to cut the line and leave the hook. Fish did not survive so I ended up giving to some people that were also out fishing trolling for trout. Thanks for reading.

Nice bass. Sorry the fish didn't make it, but you did good. Quick question. How is the boat launch on Geneva. I don't have a big boat, but it is trailered, and the last time I was there the launch area was getting pretty shallow, and the bottom of the alley way out into the lake was almost to the surface. I live just a short distance from there, and though I didn't fish it often, I did use it for quickie trips. Any imfo would be appreciated. Though plastics were always a favorite out there, I have had days that I did well on spinnerbaits in white and chartreuse.

@rickydbasser. You're right the launch is pretty shallow. You can't just back up and have the back half of your boat float up. I have a 14' jon boat and have to wade in several inches of water to push the boat off the trailer. It's not difficult at all. Thanks for the tip on the spinnerbait color. I can't seem to catch anything on a crank or spinner.

Thanks for the imformation. Very nice of you. My boat is only 12 ft, but with a 9.9 Merc, two deep cycle marine batteries and the rest of the gear, its alittle heavy. But it sounds like I'll just have to put on my old sneakers and wade it off like you do. Thanks again.

FYI rickydbasser, it is illegal to have any gas powered motors on Geneva, north, and many other lakes in king county. This means that gas motors are not even allowed to be installed on the boat. I really hate to nag about this, but I see far too many boats that either don't know the rules, or just don't care. Good luck to you though, sharp hooks and tight lines!
