Hit Samish early this morning. Put in just about 5 AM, just ahead of RSEAS.It was great to meet him for the first time. For the first hour, it was only perch and peamouth as we tried to get dialed in. Then between 6 an 7 AM six bites, 3 in the boat. Then another 75 minutes of boat riding, and got my last 2 in the boat. All in all, a decent morning. 5 for 9. My fishing budy was zip for the kokes today. All were caught on a wiggle hoochie between 38 and 42 feet, with Gulp maggots. Using a DR, and the secret ingredient was the little glow sticks that you can get for the FireFlies jigs. It made the difference in the early hours by lighting up the hoochie. The smallest was 13.5 inches. The largest nearly 16 in. and weigerd 1 lb 11 oz.

Burlee, it was great meeting you and I enjoyed our brief conversation. You have a good taste in boats! Congratulations on your catch, the lake is putting out some serious kokanee this year.
