Left the launch bout 5:30 am. Looking at the lake from the launch me and my buddy started from the right and went down the shoreline, with topwater and crankbaits, and came up with nothing. From that point of the end of the lake, we shot across the lake to another point and received a couple bumps. Shot back across the lake and ended up on the left side of the lake and along the shoreline and taking a beating from the lily pads finally paid off with a 3.5 lbs Largemouth Bass. Hit a little guy right before that, made it right up to boat and then one of those quick releases happen. SMILE. My buddy also caught an nice healthy 15 inch Trout cranking for bass. Note to all you Bassers out there I'm trying to get some inside scoop on our Pierce and Thurston County Lakes Please e-mail me at tbrown@citybank.com and I will do the same Thanks Keep Bassin !!!!!!.
