Tried pass for thr first time last week and after hitting over 30 fish in a few hours ive been going back every chance i get. Its been hot every day especially near dark, onlu times you gotta work are in bright sunny days in middle of day, though im still getting fish at this time. During day im trolling woolly buggers of various colors and near dark i switch to dries when fish begin to rise and they whack um on the surface until its too dark to see your rod tip. Lots of smaller 12-14 inch fish from last years fry plants, but around 50% of thr fish are 16-20 inches and weve landed a few over 20 also. Nothing huge yet but theyre there, just a matter of time for a pig. Landed 2 browns in the mix also around 17-19 inches. WATCH THE HELL OUT FOR THE EAGLES!!!!! Ive lost 5 fish in the process of netting them to eagles this week, one almost hit me in the head!?! Theyre nuts. They go after every fish, ive lost 5 off my line and had 8-10 near misses near boat where i saw it cominh and pulled fish down into water. Both eagles come and when u think one gives up boom other one out of no where takes ur fish and ur fly. ITS ANNOYING. Lost my biggest of year yesterday to one eagle 21-22 incher. Watch for the eagles! I have pics of eagles and fish ill post soon, cant on phone but when i get home ill post pics!

Wow, some very aggressive eagles. What a pain!

Pass Lake was one of my dad's favorite lakes to fish. Only been there once about 30 years ago. But, I'd love to get in on some of the action you are describing... minus the crazy eagles that is.
