My buddy and I took the ''Dessert Eagle'' (my boat) for her first outting of 2012 today. I actually took it out on the interstate for the first time (I drive a toyota carrolla and my boat is a 11' figerglass boat so it's the same size as my car) and she held together just fine. I'm not gunna lie, when I went from 35 mph to 60... my teeth were clinched. The fish are still all over the place. We didn't find many on beds but the ones we caught looked like we were not the only one's who had caught them. I got my first 5er of the year finally! Caught a 5, 4, and 3 pounder in seccession. They were all biting different pres. As you will notice, one on a football jig, the others on various plastics. No reaction bites today... That caught me off gaurd. My buddy got a nice big ol' smallie as well and we called it good. Sunburnt and tired as S-. Tight lines and enjoy the sun!
