The lake has cooled slightly with the rain and cold nights lately. My fishin' buddy, Gary B., and I hit it at 4 p.m. and started dragging Black Buggers fairly deep, north end. We got a dozen nice (15-19 1/2 inches) Browns between the 2 of us. We fished until sunset and a bit beyond. They were rolling as soon as the sun set, but we could not entice them with emergers or dry flies, but buggers still produced. Most were very active, but one was still lethargic and hard to revive. All were brought to hand quickly.
Good Luck to All!
