This sunday i took part in the junior state championship bass fishing toury. And ill tell you what, it was a hard day! multiple anglers came back with 0lbs bags. it was a very frustrating day for all. three kids came back with fish. and they were a few great bags! anyways. i spen all day from about 6:10 till 1:50 back in the channel. we had a few bites on the drop shot. then i threw out my footballhead with hula grub for a little while and got nothing. we were flipping docks all day. i continued with the hula grub and pitched under a boat. i let it sick and on the first pop of my rod i got a huge hit! i set the hook and began realing. two seconds into the fight my 4lbs smallmouth got free.
