Fished about 11a.m. till 5p.m. Tough start, went 2 plus hours with no bites, but picked up cosiderably after that. Caught 9 total, biggest 4.1, several 3 to 3.5, smallest went 2.2. Offshore shallow flats with deep water nearby was the key. All fish caught in 2 to 10 feet deep. Water has a little color to it right now, not as clear as it will be, give another couple of weeks or so, figure must be due to the tail end of spring turnover. Warmest water i found today was 54, probably has dropped some with this last bout of storms we have had. gonna give it another go tomorrow, let ya'll know how it went.
