I arrived at the north side of the dam a little before 1000 to cloudy skies with some drizzle now and then, a southerly wind, and temps in the mid 50's. I rigged up the gulp corn/worm that has been doing well for me about 7' under a bobber. The wind was stronger than I'd have liked and I missed a bunch of bites due to the fact that I wasn't keeping the slack out of my line. The wind finally calmed down after about 45 minutes and I was able to get my 5 fish after an hour and a half of fishing.
The water was up about 3' from the day before so it looks like they're filling the lake up.
