Went to ponds 4&5. % didn't do much, but 4 was on fire. Lots of people (and garbage) but not too many caught. Not sure why. Fished from 1pm till dark.
Anyway, I took 4 rods and had a "tournament," with my regular star lures fishing against Jiggy's plastics. My regulars won out by a bit in numbers, but size went to Jiggy's. Final score 147 regular, 128 Jiggy. Now I think I fished a bit heavier with my regulars, so it wasn't completely fair. Perch, bluegill, sunfish, trout, bass, and a catfish, but not a single crappie today. I
kept a tithe (10%) for a fish fry, and other than bluegill they were small. If you go to get panfish, be prepared to get painted white by the male perch. It is definitely on for them. I've got pix of what I kept, but like I said, small so won't bother.

Sounds like a fun time.. Too bad about the garbage folks should pick up after themselves. It is not that hard.
