4/25/2012 7:31:00 PMI caught the trout in about 8 foot. The bass was in 1 foot or even less. It was pushing minnows against the rocks. 4 foot diving crankbait.

Caught 2 trout today. One was about 18 or 20 inches, the other was 20 to 22 inches. I don't measure trout. I just want them off my lure. They were both long, fat, thick/stout. Rainbows. Both on a crankbait.
The biggest bass was a smallie of 2.23 lbs. Crankbait also. Nothing on a jig.
Black, chartruse shallow crank.
Water temp of 57.
Cloudy with some sprinkles, then sunny.
