Finally caught a Largemouth this season. Only about 1 1/4 pounds. VERY slow dragging with a 1/2 oz jig with lots of sitting still. Had a bit that I felt, set the hook and - nothing. Threw it back onto the very small rock patch. Saw the line twitch, but didn't feel anything. Pulled in the line and it seemed to be going off to the side slowly. Set the hook and fish on. Not a frantic fight, but ok for the 54 degree water temp.
