Hit Waitts today after reading a good report from last week and had a great day of catching. The fish are a bit smaller than the ones I am use to from Rock Lk but very healthy with bright red meat. We caught alot of brown trout but released them all only keeping the rainbows trying to help out the brown population in this Lk. The water temp was 38 degrees and will be frozen over soon I am sure. Trolled with 3 to 5 colors leaded line and had wedding rings tipped with a small piece of worm. The bite was fast between 10:30 and 1:oo then slowed way down after that. It was a great day with lots of food to eat and good company. I tried out the new vaccum sealer with the fillets and don't know how I ever survived without one. Going to hit Rock Lk one more time this weekend before giving Roosevelt another chance to redeem itself ha-ha.
