Went out for bass, not realizing Kitsap had been recently stocked with trout. They were hungry. Constantly hitting the Rapala crank I was using. I had so much fun pulling them in, I stopped looking for bass. Saw a guy and his son fishing from a dock, and I was catching just out of their casting range. I caught a limit in about 45 minutes, while they caught nothing. I felt bad for the little kid since I was throwing them back, so I offered to take them out on the boat for a bit, but he declined. So I moved on and kept catching everywhere I moved to. Had a lot of fun, even if I did not find any bass.
