I just got my profile back up and running so this report is from Sunday the 9th. It had been getting cold so I wasn't sure how the bite would go. I headed out to the Aboretum to a place where I've never really caught anything, I just wanted to try some different spots. All the places I though fish might be hanging out were incorrect. I started throwing a trickworm in the heart of the lilly pads and I couldn't keep LMB off my line. Nothing really picture worthy but it was a lot of fun. I didn't expect to see bass in 4' of water. Since then, the bass have vacated the shallows. Spring can't come soon enough. Tight lines.
