Went out to Lake Wa on Sunday. Hit the water about 2:30. Made the very short run over to the north side of the I90 bridge. Started off with a chartreuse flasher and a white glow mini squid. Taking hints from G-man I ran the setup 100 feet back from the d-rigger. I was on the Western part of the bridge and heading east trolling around 2.0 to 2.5mph. I started off at about 40 feet down with no hits. then I was spotting fish down around 100 -120 feet so I dropped the gear down to 100. after about an hour and a half I picked up a 19 inch cutt. I was back home by 5:30.

All of this after getting shutout in the salt the prevoius day.

Just saw this report, good going out there, way to trust the electronics. You'll find that the lake is a heck of a lot more consistent than the salt this time of year.

The boat is going into storage this week so, I'll see you back on the lake in April. Just river fishing for me until then.
