Strange day. I had been doing very well with some nice fish, as of late, so decided to give Spanaway a try this morning. Fishing was no good, so there is my report, but shortly after I put in I heard sirens. Well, I did not know it at the time but they came to the lake as somebody found a body floating around just north of the county launch.

I had fished very close to there as I headed to the north end of the lake, I bet within 100' of where the cops and t.v. crews were set up while retrieving the body. They had the road to the ramp taped off so I had to ask if I could come in the other way and take my boat out.

Just kind of weird...
