Fished at the boathouse again today. Caught a few nice perch, all released this time. I didn't intend on keeping anything today, but then a caught this beautiful Koke on a gold kastmaster that I just couldn't say no to. So that one was kept. I got many more bites afterward, but no fish. A person fishing near me lost a Koke a little bigger than mine about 2 feet from the dock. He was also using a spoon. These kokanee were rising like mad all day today, but I didn't start fishing for them until about 30 minutes before I left (12:30). I figure I would probably have many more kokanee if I had been fishing for them all day.
