Went after Cohos all day; about 30 hours total this week into it. North of 520 along Clyde Hill/Medina area; 30ft, trolling/buzz bomb/Vibrex/Cut Plug. Went up North at Mouth of Sammamish and worked way back South through Kirkland. Found a school of feeder fish with lots of gulls but no bites. Didn't see any action there either.

Then went to West side above outlet into the lake from Montlake. Called Ladder and not many have come through, approx. 4,000 only. Maybe try again on the big rain Sunday morning. I just don't think they're there yet. Thoughts?

I was out on Friday for about 6 hours during the day. I marked the most fish on the E. Side of 520 off the the first point near the 5 knot marker. We dragged plugs, spoons, spinner, hoochies, Brad's and with a variety of different flahers, dodgers, and fish flash. I also saw a few roll out there but there was not even a hit. The only things I could have tried was herring. I kept my speed between 2.0 - 3.5 mph. I agree that the nets must be out there or they just don't bite. So like most I'm bummed but can't wait till someone get's one. C'mon G-man its up to you!

Wonder how many cutts those nets pick up, can't we just get rid of them once and for all?! I planned to after the cohos on Sunday morning, but if they have been netting, I may change my focus to spiny rays for the day.

White Point Wilson Darts ....

Particularly when I mark the fish right on the bottom. I've had to get my olde Electric trolling motor out of storage to use it for staying "still" on one spot once I mark the fish. It' s been tough, yet 3 so far in the boat, and fairly bright.
