Hopefully the pics work this time.

I estimate this fish at 6lbs because i caught a 5lb 1oz later on at a different lake (Had a scale that time) and the waughop fish was at least a lb heavier if not better.

first pic shows waughop fish, second pic shows 5lb 1oz fish caught elsewhere.

btw this fish was not caught on the 17th, it was caught sometime in july. Fish was released.

Did Pierce County take the algae warning off the lake? Some toxin was about 5 times high level in it a couple weeks ago

No I don't think so, this fish was caught back in July.

I was gunna say I went there yesterday and the lake was shut down. I was bummed. Nice fish.

When ever caught, that fish is a slab from that little lake.

I have checked out the lake, fished it a few hours in the past. I know that they shut down the lake, but is there actually like a police man guarding it 24 hrs a day ? If someone was tooooo, dump in with a float tube, is someone going to call the police LOL. Just wondering what closed to fishing actually means, don't want to waste a trip ;-p
