I heard that kokanee fishing at night has slowed way down the last two weeks, and that's exactly what we (the three of us) experienced Friday night. There were a lot of boats launching at dusk for night fishing, which got me eager and excited, but it seemed most of the boats quit early, We were one of the last boats to come in and we quit around 1:30 am. We managed to boat 27 fish, but the bite was sporadic and died later on. The picture of the sonar shows a large school of fish under the boat and coincided with when we caught most of our fish. I hope the bite turns back on before the season ends and the fish turn.
