Nice! Looks like a good dinner. Last time I was at Patterson I couldn't pull out a perch more than 6" but then again, I was fishing from shore. How deep were the fish at?

i swear it seems like there arnt any lakes in this whole state that have perch that average over 8" i think it wouldnt b a bad i dea to intro duce like 100 male walleye in alot of these lakes. get best of both worlds. weed out alot of the stunted perch allowing the ones that r still around to get way bigger and some nice fat walleye! yummy

Rose lake, chelan county has large perch. Anyway, late spring and specially early winter is the time to hook large perch.

And perch tend to school by size. Search around to find the groups of larger fish.
