Bass lake is difficult do the weed beds, however I've light line rigged with a worm hook and night crawler can bring out some decent fish. No weights, swivel, some line 12' and a good worm hook. The slow float kills em~ Tight Lines;

I noticed you gave your fishing for Crappie at Bass lake a 4 rating. Did you catch any Crappie? If so, how big were they. I haven't been able to find any Crappie in that lake in approx. 4 years. I used to fish that lake all the time and catch Crappie up to 2 pounds,
but then some other guys found out about it and took buckets of Crappie out of there and destroyed the fishing for everybody else. Thanks and good fishing!
