As an addition to my report regarding Dolly Varden/Bull Trout, according
to the WDFW Pamphlet (pg. 56) they may only be kept where specifically
authorized in the special rules. Page 90 "Special Rules" for Baker Lake
does not state they can be kept, therefore, it is not legal to keep them.
It is easier to do your income taxes then figure out the rules and regs.
