Arrived at the south end around 5pm. Waded in 3.5 feet of water. Fished nothing but a size 16 Royal Coach on the surface. Had about 60 hits out of 100 casts, nothing but small 2-4 inchers, so none were landed. I was hoping they would attract some larger ones to the area, but no such luck. Some people showed up at the bank and decided to be d*cks and throw wood in the water for their small dog while they 'watched' me fish. Shortly after the dog in the water ordeal, the little ones quit hitting the fly. Amazes me how rude and inconsiderate some people can still be. Plenty of other places along the shoreline to hang out. Packed up for the evening around 6:45.
