Took the boat out for the first time on Samm this year with my wife and 7yo son. We anchored on the north end near the orange cones (about 20 ft deep) and threw some black/pink curlytail jigs on 1/32 oz heads. We caught fish consistently for 3 hours; 37 in total but most were too small for me. I kept everything over 8 1/2 inches, 13 total. We also caught a sunfish and 11 NPM (all of which were fed to the eagles). All in all not a bad day considering it was extremely windy and mid-day. Hope to go back soon and hit all my honeyholes in the morning.
