fished log boom. tough finding a good spot with so many people. took the family for rays and spiny rays. got a nice meal of perch and a trout and a nice bass about 6 pounds for our family picnic feast. ran into some other members here but forgot names. they had some nice bass too. some guy had a big trout but lost it. i recomend fishing here any time of the day cuz so many fish get caught plenty to go around people just pick up your trash and dont flick your cig in the water.

I grew up fishing Log Boom every day of my summer vacations with my Grandfather, and we always brought fish home. I have lots of great memories on this dock and glad to see others are still enjoying it! I have boats to fish the lake from now, but like to visit the dock still every once in awhile.

Sorry - where is the log boom? Not the log boom used for SeaFair, right? Don't flame me for a silly question, I promise I'm a life long local guy. ;-)
