First time on Bead, and we were after some macks. The lake is way up and there is a no wake speed limit on the entire lake. We had out three rods for macks and one for kokes and ended up bringing home 8 kokes. The wind was brutal and made it quite difficult to maintain speed and course. We fished on the bottom and also targeted suspended fish, I guess the chnge in weather put the fish off the bite. The kokes near the surface were fairly small in the 8" range, the fish down deep in the 40 to 60' depths were around 9 to11 inches. Most kokes were taken with a mini dodger and hoochie, a few took a Brad's mini cutplug, go figure. If the wind let's up, we may hit it again tomorrow.
