Ive been out there in the mornings, all day, evenings and night. The usual schedule I've found out is Ill get two keeper trout in teh morning before God is awake. After about ten its nothing but sunfish and catfish. Ive been usin a 1/4 oz bullet weight, #6 hook, a worm and a yellow marshmellow toppin the hook. The sunfish will hit it on teh way down same with the small tigers. Once it's on the bottom tighten your line up and watch the magic. Either a cat or a trout will hit it lightly two or three times then take your pole down to the water.
