I havn't fished this lake in 20+ years. Dropped the boat in with the family. I tried for largies using
a spinnerbait and later a few crankbaits. No luck with them but set up a worm/bobber rig for my boy and he caught plenty of bluegills and pumpkinseeds. My wife and I pretty much relaxed and watched him have fun but was also fun for us to cheer him on and unhook 'em. All fish released.
weather was sunny with blue skies and a couple other boats and a canoe on the water,a very relaxing day
