Showed up at McNary at about 9;30AM after getting my
morning work done. We trolled orange and red Wiggle Warts
until about 3PM.Didnt get any fish or hits. Of the 30
to 40 boats we estimated, saw only 3 fish caught during
trip. All fish were caught between 1:30 and 2:15.Fishing
pressure seemed hardest from the middle of the river over
toward the Oregon side. Did have a neighbor say they hooked
7 while night fishing recently. Also had a friend say his
brother and friends caught 8! in one trip. Perhaps I'll try
again next week otherwise I'm thinking of going to
O'Sullivan for some of that trout action.
