Second lake of the day for Bob Johansen and myself. A good choice as I only had a couple hours to fish and this lake is a bit smaller than Panther (our morning lake). Crescent is hardly clear - it's very stained. And very full of wonderful LMB habitat, wow! Lot's of pads, reeds, docks, brushy shoreline. So many options to fish it! The wind had picked up a bit making control a bit of a problem. After switching things up I settle on a chartreuse double-silver-bladed spinner which really went through the reeds and pads well - and yielded a nice 2.5 est. fish which I lost at the boat. That was it for Crescent, but for sure I would fish this lake again if in the area, or even as a destination, it was that fishy-looking.
Thanks Bob for two nice lakes to add to my personal lake list of lakes fished!
