Three of us fished the dock from 3-7pm with one 11" bow caught. Very few bites even. Tried different colored powerbaits either single or with a crawler. Tried crawler on the bottom as well. Used a bobber for a while too. Plain pink power egg with a slip sinker and 3ft leader took the single fish at about 3:45. Skies were clear, temp mid 70's and a moderate wind from the W-NW at 10 with gusts to 20.
