(Sorry, I forgot to hit UPLOAD on last post)
Had a very nice morning "hog callin". Started about 7:30 am with my buddy Ty. About an hour later I boated the PIG. 3-4lb range (no accurate scale today). It hit a Senko type worm in a sort of Green Pumpkin custom color. Had several bite thoughout the morning, saw some bedding fish, Ty swatted at a few, but no boated...sorry man! The water skier hit the lake at 11-we were outta there soon after. Absolutely beautifull day-Praise God

Sawyer is a great lake. In addition to bass, there are some slab crappie...

Yes sir, wacky rig. My buddies Tex rig was struggling to get in thier mouths. Very strange bite though. I call it a Mexico bit. The last time I've had bites this light was on El Salto. I've noticed consistancy in that so far this season. The first fish for me on Tapps this year were caught crossing thier eyes after the first tap. I'm usually more of a "feel the weight" hook setter than a "jerk-every-tap" guy, but this season I think we've got to roll with it and really pay attention to the bite. Unpredictable temp and weather patterns = unpredictable fish.

Nice fish, lucky you got off the lake before the idiot sunk his truck trying to launch a jet ski. Bet that angered a lot of people needing to use the ramp.

Nice fish!
SP: Another one? There was one last year on Banks Lake, and someone was telling me about one on a westside lake not long ago! Booze I take it?
