Bass fishing at Kapowsin. Water surface temp. 47-57, Fished from 7am to 1:30pm. Weather was cloudy with sun breaks. I did not catch any fish, nor did I see any fish cruzzing the shallows. I trolled a roostertail around a little looking for some trout but did not have any takers. People were catching perch from the dock. I should have slept in and started fishing after noon when the sun came on strong.
