fished this morning trolling nightcrawlers. I hooked into 2 small trouts and a big smallmouth about 5 pounds big ole football. Anyone give me some tips where to get me some perch on this lake?

I've had decent luck around Juanita Bay.

Log boom is long gone, try the weed lines in that area in about a month. The weed line is typically in 20 to 16 feet of water throughout the lake. Right now the perch are still schooled up a bit deeper in the 45' to 30' range, but that can change quickly with the "warmer" temps and "increased" sunlight we have and will be getting.

I used to fish juanita bay all the time right on the edge of weed beds. July and August are always good down there in the south end.

Out in front of Waverly Park fish perch can be had almost all year long. You just have to follow them out into the deeper water straight out off the dock. The drop goes down to almost 60' out just past the buoy.

I used to fish on the dock at log boom and pull up 20 perch a day and some catfish and sunfish!
