Started with sunny evening, tryed my luck on Island lk.Not one bite. Down side was alot of cars in parking lot doing other thinks but fishing. I think Fish & Wildlife should drop by & write some tickets for drug related transactions. Watched a guy pull in parking lot & take his trash threw it on the ground drove off..... Not how our lakes & parks should be treated.

Yea thats the bigest problem i have with that parking lot at Island Lake, all the druggies that shows up there. Last year i took my dogs on the boat and after a few hours took the dogs up to do there thing & found a few neddles laying around. Hopefuly they can chase em out of there and keep that place clean.

My parents have the house to the left of the boat launch. It is a constant battle to try and keep the druggies out, and the sheriff or game wardens rarely show up. They should lock the gate a 10:00 PM and open it at 0:500.

Maybe I can draw some attention to this problem with my next article in the Mason County Outdoors.
