Wow! Can't beat this weather. Was on the water from about 3:30 to 5:30 and it was nice out. I didn't hook aything, but I got a bite about every 45 minutes, when I first got there I had several bites in a row. They were biting fast, and stealing bait, just nipping.
But a guy on the dock caught one at about 14 inches, I'm guessing. Fish started jumping right as I was leaving, which made me want to stay. There was a flock of cormorants gobbling tiny trout, probably about twenty or so, watched it all day. The otter was trolling about looking for stringers.
Their favorite color was green power bait, which is always my go to color anyways, so it could be skewed. I guess if I wasn't lazy and held my pole myself I'd get more fish.
